Smart card website FAQ

Responses to general questions about site navigation, registration and other information that is provided online by Raisonance

Q: I have a login, but I still can't download the documentation or software that I want. What should I do?

A: Typically this occurs when you do not have the correct level of access rights for the content that you are trying to download.

There are two levels of registration for access to online content. The required access level is indicated by one or two red stars. If you are unable to access content with two red stars (a "Qualified access"), follow these steps to request access:

  1. Login
  2. Click on the "Profile" link in the upper right corner of any page on the site
  3. Fill in the required fields on the Profile page
  4. Click on "Send request for qualification"

You will receive notification by email of the receipt of your request. You may be contacted by Raisonance to attain further information in order to qualify you. You will receive notification of the acceptance or rejection of your request by email. Typically, you will have a response by the next working day.

Q: I have tried registering on this site but I didn't receive a password, what do I do?

A: The login and password are sent by automatic mailing. These messages are sometimes blocked by "anti-spam" software used by your company or email service provider.

If you do not receive your password by email, then send us a message with the email address you used when registering (click here). We will activate your account and send you a password..

Q: I recieved a password but when I try to login, I get an "Invalid Account" messaage. How do I activate my account?

A: If you registered after January 2009 - a link contained in the email you received with your password allows the activation of your login.

Click on the provided link or paste it into the address URL window of your internet browser. Going to this page will activate your login.

If you registered prior to January 2009 - the activation URL is no longer correct. Click here to send us an email and request the activation of your login.
