Q: Where can I find product pricing?

 

A: Use the contact form to send us mail with any questions about pricing, lead times and delivery. A complete price quotation is provided no later than the next working day.

 

Please be sure to include the shipping address so that we can provide the correct estimate of shipping and handling costs.

Q: Is there a warranty for your smart card tools?

 

A: All Raisonance tools benefit from a one-year warranty for repair or replacement in the case of malfunctions due to a fault in conception or manufacturing. These are laboratory tools - the warranty only applies for use under normal operating conditions as described in the relevant user manual. Read more...

Q: When I buy a product, are software updates or product upgrades included?    For how long?

 

A: All Raisonance tools benefit from a one-year support agreement that includes:

  • Direct email and photon support during business hours 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Central European Time 
  • Software updates so that you benefit from corrections and minor software improvments
  • Elligibility for special upgrade offers in the case of major product evolutions


The standard support agreement lasts one year from the date of purchase.

 

You can buy yearly extensions of the support contract. For pricing on contract extensions, please request a price quote using the contact form. Please indicate your product, product serial number and any product options that you have ordered.
